How to duplicate company in AX 2009 to create new one

The simplest way to create new company in the AX 2009 to duplicate the exist company and this is the steps : 

1- Administration --> Company accounts

2- select the company(EMP)

3- click on duplicate button

4- a dialog will appear to you, just type the code of 3 letters for the new account and description

5- The company will be created
